Therapeutic Art Sessions
Therapeutic Art is a form of expression which utilises different techniques, such as, painting, drawing, colouring, collage etc … to encourage people to express themselves and their emotions. It is especially beneficial for young children and adolescents who might struggle to put what they are feeling into words and who need help with boosting self esteem, managing physical or emotional ailments or conditions, anxiety and stress. It can be conducted one on one, or in a group setting, indoors or outdoors.
Workshops last 1 - 12 weeks, depending on the programme and are for kids or parents.
